I can get you a house and keep you in it!

Grande Lattes, lots of. And job satisfaction, in bucket loads.
If you weren’t a mortgage advisor, what job would you love to do?
A personal shopper, I’m great at spending other people’s money!
What’s an ideal weekend for you?
So many variations but ‘ideal’ would include a lie in, Starbucks and a nice restaurant.

I had worked my way up in banks and building societies but the lack of choice for customers infuriated me so I just had to take the leap of faith and go get them a better choice as a broker.
What do you love most about what you do?
Making clients happy, whether it be buying a new home, improving the one they have or simply saving them money and giving them piece of mind.
How do you describe your job to your family and friends?
I help people get the home they want and save money.

My kids Dylan and Megan

A wedding planner….hahaha I must love helping people with the most stressful life events possible
What’s an ideal weekend for you?
A Gin or two with the girls or watching Rugby on Friday night, Something fun with the kids on Saturday, see my family, then being wined and dined would be nice. Sunday morning in the fresh air watching my boy play rugby then home for a Sunday roast, bath and duvet and a movie with the kids.

One thing on your bucket list and why?
To enjoy my grandchildren one day…..it means I haven’t worked myself to death before then!

What Is A Will?
A Will is a document that expresses a person’s wishes as to what will happen to their assets on their death. A Will is the onlymethod to ensure that your wishes are carried out after your death.what happens without a will?
Without a valid Will, assets will pass by the Law of Intestacywhich may not be what you would have wished. In any event, it islikely to take longer than if a Will had been made, would likelycost more money for the estate and could lead to the estate beingtaxed more.
During this time, your beneficiaries will not be able to draw anymoney from your estate. This can cause arguments between, anddistress for, your loved ones.
If there are no valid people to inherit, it could lead to your estate passing to the Government.
Updating An Old Will
If you have an existing Will, it may need updating to reflect a change of circumstances, for example including additional grandchildren or removing people who you no longer wish to benefit.
It may also be the case that an old Will is no longer the most efficient way to distribute an estate due to changes in the law. It is highly advisable that a Will is reviewed every three to five years.
